Where do we deliver?
We deliver to any physical address in South Africa except informal settlements and certain townships.
What are the delivery costs?
Orders over R1 000.00 are delivered free of charge.
- Orders under R1 000.00 are delivered at R90.00 Including VAT.
Are deliveries insured?
- Yes, PC Shopper insures all orders we ship.
- Should your order get lost or not arrive due to theft or hijacking we will ship a new order at no cost to you.
Can I collect my order?
- Yes, you can collect any order at our warehouse.

How does the warranty work?
- We collect any faulty product, repair it and ship it back to you at our expense.
- Products which fail within 7 days will qualify for a full credit.
